The Routine Push Hands competition aims to find a balance between existing routines and push hands competitions, discovering a powerful skill that combines Tai Chi philosophy, the art of routines, and push hands techniques. It promotes the body, mind, and spirit, elevating both spiritual and technical levels, through the philosophy of Yin and Yang in the I Ching, the Lao-Zhuang philosophy of following the natural flow and the essential principles of Tai Chi classics.
